Hello and welcome!
FineTuned is a small photography and video company based out of Vancouver BC, providing wedding, elopement, lifestyle and event documentation.
You’ve found a photographer who’s keen sense of timing allows him the ability to preserve the often unnoticed moments of life. Documenting the unscripted scenarios and over-looked details allows another story to be told. One full of small moments culminating into a narrative that lasts for generations. I’m truly blessed for the relationships and bonds formed during the documentation of these important milestones. It is my hope that the resulting images portray honest glimpses of life that resonate within the viewer.

My Name is Nathan Fleming.
Vancouver became my home after moving from London, Ontario in 2006. Growing up with a parent who had a passion for photography is likely how my intrigue into the art-form first began. As a child I would sit for hours engrossed in books containing photography from locations such as the Rocky Mountains, Grand Canyon, and Yellowstone. The photographers ability to capture the natural life contained within those ecosystems in a manner that caused me to feel immersed within the pages, eventually lead me to ponder on the process of creating images like these. I also found skateboarding ,and became drawn to photographers like Arto Saari, Skin Phillips, Ed Templeton and a few other legends who’s artistic perspectives gave me an appreciation for looking at life differently.
By the time I picked up a camera as a teenager, my fascination for intriguing imagery was already a part of me. I've had a passion for capturing the candid perfection hidden within spontaneity. Preserving the often unnoticed moments that occur while seeking out new discoveries throughout life is what inspires me to constantly have a camera by my side. Now, in an age of increasing distractions, documenting the unscripted and over-looked details of life allows me to appreciate the beauty of these brief junctures or time and space, and how they merge into one captivating story.
Whether I am shooting the Milky Way or a rainy street at night, I’m always intrigued by the presence or lack of light. Stay tuned for more examples..
